HDHomeRun: Network Digital HDTV Tuner

I thought this was pretty cool: HDHomeRun - Network Digital HDTV Tuner.
It has dual tuners for either an over-the-air antenna feed or unencrypted digital cable feed as well as a network port. It will then stream the signal to VLC, MythTV, etc. They also claim that Media Center support is on the way.

Now, if they could only stream directly to the XBox 360 or AppleTV, I’d be set.
