Great reads, IMHO.
While I’ve never been a fan of WS-Headache, I was a real believer in SOAP, XML, and the whole web service thing. It’s funny how things change - lately I’ve been more in the mindset that a simple REST api with results in JSON really could end up be the best model for service-based client applications.

So, why is it taking so long for someone to write a REGX to convert XML to JSON? Then you’d not need to ‘wait’ for folks to help you realize that web services really do just suck. (Unless they are an RSS feed about iPods and anything Apple make
)
