I’ve been a Windows user (and developer) for just about as long as I can remember, but about 10 months ago I switched from a IBM Thinkpad T40 to using a Macbook Pro and Parallels.
As you probably guess from my previous post, it’s really changed the way I use computers.
Anyways, I’m not trying to incite the typical OS-religion debate, I just found these interesting:
2007 is going to be an interesting year, with both Leopard and Vista shipping.

I have no idea how Pocket PC emulator runs, but VS 2005 is great.

I too use a T40 and have been looking into my next computer to buy. The one thing that I really like about this machine over most I have tried is the keyboard. It is very comfortable and one of the best laptop keyboards I have ever used. Without being able to walk into a Mac store, could you tell me how good the Mac Pro feels compared to your T40? Most everyone in my company uses Dells, and I hate typing on dells. Thank you.

I personally really like the Macbook Pro keyboard. The machine itself is a bit bigger than the T40, so I’m personally looking forward to see if the rumors are true and Apple comes out with a 12″ model.
