[Joey Interactive] Do you remember the whopperettes super bowl commercial? I didn’t think it was very good, though I can appreciate the production value. I thought it was an example of what happens when a bad idea has a big budget. But now Burger King has launched a whopperettes mini-site and I think it’s much funnier and more on strategy (”Have it your way”) than the T.V. spot. On the site you choose the ingredients for your whopper, and then a custom video is played of the whopperettes jumping on each other to make it for you (complete with ouch and ohh sound effects).

At first, I thought the Burger King superbowl commercial was pretty stupid, but when the whopperettes started jumping all over each other, I saw the genius behind it (well ok, maybe not genius, but I thought it was damn funny).
