[Major Nelson] Some of the folks from the Xbox design team did a session recently for SIGCHI (a usability interest group in Seattle) on usability and the Xbox 360.
Bummer - I wish I knew about this presentation, it looked like it would have been a good one to attend. Anyways, check out the notes here. (side note: real bummer that the "Experience User Centered Design" blog doesn’t have an RSS feed.)
