Must. Resist. 360.

I’ve been successful in avoiding the purchase of an Xbox and more recently the 360, despite of all of the hoopla around various launches (such as Halo 2, etc). However, after checking out Project Gotham Racer at Randy’s today, I have to admit that I’m really fighting my urges to get one.
Thank goodness there’s a huge shortage of supply right now, or else I’d be in a lot of trouble with my wife.

You’re welcome to play 360 at my house anytime.

But if I had one here, I could play vs. you from home.

Reed learned how to read from XBox game menus.
Maybe if you convince Liz it’s educational for kids a purchase would go over better with her.
Simpsons Hit-n-Run and Legos Star Wars at the kid-friendliest ones that he was interested, but we’ve also spent alot of time in Tony Hawks Underground 2 and various Sims games.
I ordered him a Nintendo DS today for x-mass (”touching is good” - a tag line for a game platform for children? someone has a sick sense of humor there).
