Microsoft Afraid of Google?

[Better Living Through Software] Seriously, look at the fruits of this newly-galvanized competition. The software world is exciting again. Which do you think is more threatening to a large company like Microsoft; being bored to death by lack of worthy competitors, or having major incentive to do new and cool things that get product teams excited and energized about coming to work?
My question: How come we haven’t dropped a giant MSN butterfly on the Google front lawn yet?

Either a sign of laziness or a sign of how unthreatened we are by them.
I could be hired to go pee on their Kirkland building, just for fun.

I remember that! Don’t forget: We also sent them 10 copies of Age of Empires. Figured it was hampering our productivity: Why not the competition
