[NoInstall.Com] I’ll come right out and mention one of the best reasons for this. iPod. Copy portable Winamp to your iPod and put the iPod into disk mode. Now you can plug your iPod into any computer, load up portable Winamp with the iPod plugin and copy music to/from your ipod to/from the computer. No more iTunes.
That’s pretty neat. Portable WinAMP also works great with a 1GB USB Key loaded up with tons of music (of course, you can’t listen to them on the road like the ipod).

You’re going to need some software to run the winamp in it. So if you have a computer with a soundcard to run it in then of course.
