This might seem like a silly question, but for the life of me I can’t find the answer anywhere.
Does anyone know if you can search USENET via MSN Search?

The MSN search help pages explicitly speak of searching the Web. Since Usenet != Web, I would think that it is not possible.

Usenet != Web has nothing to do with it. I’m wondering if MSN Search has something similar to groups.google.com
