According to this thread on the TiVO Community forums (as well as here on Engadget), it looks like Tivo has busted Tivo to Go. No wonder I couldn’t pull Battlestar Galactica off of it the other night. Grrr.
Good news: Looks like Tivo is aware of the problem, and a fix is already available.
