After lunch today, Liz and I stopped off at a local Starbucks to grab some coffee (we’ve already noted I have a bad habit). While I was waiting for her to return from the ladies room, I started reading my coffee cup:

"A movie is not about what it’s about. It is about how it is about it." - Roger Ebert

Whoa.

Substitute some words here: "Software is not about what it’s about. It should be about how it is about it."

Perhaps this should be the battle cry for the "Pleasure and Experience" of software.
