I was forwarded this link to Acrosser today, in which they advertise a 486 PC/104 board for only $104. With onboard 100mbs Ethernet, RS-232, parallel, 2 IDE, 2 FDD, and a VGA port, it seems like it might make a nice little Windows CE development board (in fact, it comes with an evaluation image). The only thing it’s really missing is USB.

Don’t get me wrong - this is not a super powered motherboard as it only runs at 133mhz, but should be fine for some embedded experiments I’ve been thinking about.
