Blog Contents?

Every once in a while, I throw out a general question to whoever is reading my weblog: Should I keep it a place for me to write about whatever is on my mind, talking about ‘potpourri’ topics such as:
- What I’m up to (did I spill coffee on myself, what bad movie I saw this weekend, etc).
- Whatever I find interesting.
- Random technical content (home theater, computers, .net, programming, testing, etc).
- How I can’t stand the band Rush.
- Whatever floats my boat?
- etc.
Or, would people rather see content that’s more technically consistent (and focused)? Some things that I’ve been thinking about: .NET Performance and Reliability, Software Testing, Windows Embedded and Mobile, etc.
Personally, I like using the blog as a medium to just talk about ‘whatever’ (and the here and now - you’ll rarely see me talk about Indigo or Longhorn), but I’m really curious what people think, especially since this is cross-posted over to http://blogs.msdn.com/smakofsky.

I’d like to suggest that you shift the focus to exclusively talk about how you can’t stand Rush.
And I guess talk about whatever is fine, too.

Love it just the way it is… sometimes it’s a little okay, okay, next? but that adds to the mystique… I mean, hey… we’re all people, and the Internet is sterile enough as it is. Let’s let our personalities out, no apologies.

I say keep the ramblings, but what you could do if you want to please everyone (not that anybody here has complained), is provide multiple feeds. One for everything and one for technical stuff only.
