I’m definately not overweight, especially for my height. The simple fact is that since Tyler was born, both Liz and I have been pretty lax about getting to the gym, and neither of us are really that happy about it. Both of us really hate the word ‘diet’ as we’ve always believed its more about balanced meals and lots of exercise. As an experiment though, we thought we’d try the South Beach diet for a bit since it pretty much follows our usual eating habits. My target is to lose those 10 pounds I gained over the last year.
So, today is day one. Just had “breakfast”, which was alot less filling than the cereal I usually have. This mornings weight: 191.
