Man, it’s nice out

It’s pretty rare for me to take a vacation and sit around and do nothing. Usually, I have some other crazy thing going on, like having children, going to Mount Everest, scuba diving in Belize, etc. However, this week was different - I decided to take off and just stay at home to catch up on some projects, spend time with my family and generally just be lazy as it’s Liz’s last week before returning to work from maternity leave.
Wow. We just got back from a 4 mile walk, and it’s one of those rare Seattle days that is just perfect - No wind, temperature in the high seventies, and not a cloud to be seen.
But alas, it’s back to the grind on Monday.
This week I worked on 3 pretty long blog entries, so I’ll hopefully get them up shortly (probably beginning of next week). I also started migrating over to dasBlog, so I’m planning on flipping the switch once I get the archives moved over (I guess I should add the MovableType->dasBlog importer I’m working on to the gotdotnet workspace). I’m also planning on starting to crosspost my ‘work related’ entries over to blogs.msdn.com (I need to still set that up), but don’t worry - furrygoat.com will remain completely random.
