Incredible Customer Service

I felt compelled to post an entry about the incredible customer service that I received from Audio General Incorporated. Last week, I placed an order for my projector, ceiling mount and screen from them. At that time, I was told that the projector and mount were in stock, and would ship immediately, the screen was something that had to be custom ordered from Da-Lite (I guess they cut each one depending on the measurements), and would ship separately.
A few days later, the projector and mount had showed up, but I still had no word on the screen. So this past Monday, I gave them a call and was told that it was due to ship out on Tuesday, and I would I receive an email confirming this.
By mid-day Wednesday, I still hadn’t received an email so I gave AGI another call. They told me that after talking to me on Monday, they got in contact with Da-Lite who confirmed that my screen was delayed. AGI was upset knowing how anxious I was for this screen, and convinced Da-Lite to overnight it so I would have it for the weekend, with no additional charge to me.
Needless to say, the screen showed up on Friday.
AGI rocks. Based on their superior customer service (and great prices) I would highly recommend them if you’re interested in projectors, screens, etc.
