Every few releases, I give RSS Bandit a try, hoping to find a better aggregator than SharpReader (which I’ve used since it’s release). The most recent version (1.2.0.112) has really good support to synchronize between copies at work, at home, and on the laptop so I figured I’d give it a whirl. Check out the feature list.

After using it for a bit, all I can say is wow - a lot has changed since I last checked it out. Not only does it seem quicker than SharpReader, its memory usage is far more reasonable, and its search features are extensive.

I guess that’s it for SharpReader on my box - I’m now a RSS Bandit convert. The only thing I can see it needs to fix is that icon. It’s just ugly.
