Dear Starbucks,
Every morning, I go to your drive-thru window and get a ‘Grande Americano’. I’m a regular, in fact, the barista’s even know my order when I get there.
So, I’m begging you, could you please spend a little engineering time to develop a lid/cup solution that doesn’t leak all over my car.
