Maybe it’s just me, but does Orkut seem little more than a curiosity? I signed up the other day, added a bunch of people and…… now what? All my non-geek friends sent me emails back that said something along the lines of “what the hell is this?“, “don’t put me on their spam list” and “I don’t get it“.
You know, I don’t get it. I didn’t get friendster either. All I know is that I logged in this morning and found that I had 17 emails in my ‘orkut inbox’. Great. More junk.
I poked around on the site for another 15 minutes, and decided to drop out. I emailed the Orkut admin’s to delete my account (apparently, I need a note from my mom or something).
