Small fix for the new MS keyboards

Don, Scot and Chris all don’t care for the new MS keyboards. I agree completely. Back in November, I found a site that talks about fixing the worst problem on the keyboards - the F-Lock key. Here’s the link again: http://www.mvps.org/jtsang/flock.html
