OneNote is almost great

I love using OneNote. Even on a laptop it totally blows away Word for taking notes. Here’s two things that bug me though:
1) Why can’t I create a hyperlink from one page to another? That would be awesome. It would be like my own personal Wiki.
2) Why is there no public API?
