We received a great gift at the baby shower for our little guy this past weekend - it’s called a “Boo-Boo Bunny”. Basically, it’s a teddy bear (ok, a bunny), that has a backpack that you can put band-aids or ice in when your child gets an “ouchie”.

Now, this is the part that I love - the documentation on the little card that was attached:

Boo-Boo Bunny
To make little boo-boos feel better: Put an ice cube in a small plastic bag and insert into opening in Bunny’s back. Let Bunny gently hug your boo-boo and you’ll feel better soon.

Here’s the best part: Note: Bunny should only be used for minor bumps and scrapes. Bunny should not be used in place of medical attention.

Now seriously - when I sliced through the top of my thumb cutting salmon (and needed stitches), do you think the hospital staff would of been amused if I walked into the emergency room with a blood soaked boo-boo bunny that I had used in place of medical attention?
