Watched two movies last night on DVD, Daredevil and The Life of David Gale. Here’s my quick thoughts:

The Life of David Gale: Surprising pretty good. At points the plot slowed down a bit (which gave time to run to the bathroom), but overall it had a pretty good story to tell and a really good non-Hollywood ending.

Daredevil: I used to be an avid comic book reader (and usually really like movie adaptations of them), so I really wanted to like this movie. Throw in Jennifer Garner, and I was sure it would be at least easy to watch. But alas, 45 minutes in I couldn’t take it any more and shut it off. This movie is badly acted, has a dumb plot and is generally stupid - save the $3.99 and go buy a mocha instead.
