Bsquare’s Nasdaq listing in jeopardy

[Seattle Times] Bsquare, a software developer that does significant business with Microsoft, said yesterday that it has received a warning that it may be dropped from the Nasdaq Stock Market if its stock price doesn’t meet minimum requirements…. It continued to eliminate expenses in the first quarter by laying off workers and discontinuing research and development on some of its less significant products. Still, Ladd doesn’t expect the company to be in the black by the end of the current quarter. “We still have a tough challenge ahead of us to break even,” he said.
As a former employee of Bsquare (and I know alot of ex-bsquare people read furrygoat), I thought I would put this up just in case anyone missed it. Former Bsquare people might also be interested in Beau Monday’s Alumni page.
The one thing that really surprised me in the article is the quote that they do not expect to break even or to be in the black.
