[Sara Williams] We launched the new Security dev center on msdn. Wahoo and congrats to all the folks involved. Over time, we hope to make it the place to go to stay in the know about building great secure apps. And we all know that no one wants an insecure app.
This is really good stuff. I was fortunate to be able to sit in a talk given by Michael Howard earlier this week, which has really lit a fire under me. While I read “Writing Secure Code” a while back (if you haven’t, stop reading this, and buy it now), for some reason the topic really resonated with me. With that being said, I’ve decided to start focusing on trustworthy computing, secure code, privacy, etc. in my spare time.
