From the Salon article: Eleven other teams have experienced double-figure drop-offs, including the New York Yankees, down 16 percent, and Seattle Mariners, down 20 percent. Both teams lead their respective divisions.

Last week, Liz and I went to the Cleveland/Mariners game. The entire upper deck was empty, the club section was empty aswell. It was a ghost town at the ballpark.
