Guilt and ETag

Yesterday, Brad pointed out that Furrygoat was one of those offenders who weren’t using ETag in their RSS feeds. This was mostly because I’m using an ASP.NET page to dynamically create both RSS 0.91 and 2.0 feeds (and just general laziness on my part).
Last night I decided to add in basic ETag support, so I should be compliant now. Let me know if there are any problems.
