I am personally not a fan of New Years Resolutions. I think you have automatically set yourself up for failure by making them, since resolutions made on New Years Eve are made to be broken. Typically they are lifestyle changes like “I’m going to exercise more” or “I’m going to be less stressed” that just eek of failure before you get started. Making a change and striving for personal goals is something that can be done at any time, rather than just tacking it all on some silly Jan 1st tradition.

Leaving the rocky technology industry of 2002 behind us (with some definite industry burn-out), use 2003 to ask the real question: What should I do with my life?

Update: Jeremy found the article compelling aswell.
