Relative Screen Fonts

Based on comments on both Fuzzyblog and Curiouser and curiouser! I have modifed the site’s stylesheet per the excellent article at Dive Into Accessibility to support relative screen fonts. This is the first change I will be making to Furrygoat.com over the week as I am trying to make it more accessable as well as perform some general clean up (ya know, change is always good 
)..
