Movable Type

I’ve recently noticed more people moving off of Radio and on to Movable Type to handle their blogging needs. I’ve been using CityDesk to do my blogging and while it’s ok, I have found on more than one occasion I’ve had to write my own ASP.NET code just to get something interesting going (such as comments, blogrolls, etc) - however I keep hitting limitations in the CityScript scripting language that leaves me searching elsewhere. Brad’s moved on to his own blog system awhile back (and seems happy), and now Joe Gregorio has developed Pamphlet, his own .NET blogger as well. Does anyone else notice a trend forming?
In other news, I’ve started playing around with C# and Winforms to develop some RSS/OPML classes (which ill post shortly). I’ll probably throw together an aggregator if I get a sec, the ones that are available just aren’t “cutting the mustard” anymore.
