Lately, a few sites have been scaling back their RSS feeds to only include a brief article teaser with a link, rather than the entire article contained in the RSS file. I can certainly see the logic of this as some feeds have become rather large. Im torn though, since I have found that I use my aggregrators (on the desktop I use Ampethadesk, with the excellent “collapsable-tree template” from 0xDECAFBAD; on the Pocket PC I use PocketFeed) to not only “find interesting stuff to read”, but to actually read the contents. This saves me loads of time each day.

I’m curious what people think which is better: small, teaser RSS feeds or using RSS for full content syndication?
